The IMS S.A. website, accessible on the Internet at www.imspolska.com (“Service”), was developed and made publicly available to provide a network of Internet users (“Users”) information about IMS S.A., the company’s history, activities and products, as well as other information not directly related to IMS S.A. The Service is the exclusive property of IMS S.A.

The terms of use of this Service are specified in the Policy note below. Users of the Service agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions listed here.

     All content of this Service, and in particular the text, graphics and the manner in which the content of the Service is presented, constitute the intellectual property of IMS S.A. protected under the Law of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights.

      IMS S.A. collects data on visitor traffic to the web pages of the Service, which requires the registration of the IP addresses of Users. This information is used solely for statistical purposes and is not shared with any third parties, except where required by law.

     Persons (Users) using the forms contained on the web pages of the Service, questionnaires, and e-mail addresses and corresponding with, and thereby transferring information to, the owner of the Service – IMS S.A. – agree to allow IMS S.A. to use the e-mail addresses provided by the Users for correspondence purposes.
