Internet Media Services plans to debut on the NewConnect market. Issuance at the level of PLN 3-8 mil., i.e. 10-15% of the share capital is planned for the second half of 2011. These resources are intended for acquisitions. Strategic goals of IMS include, among others, annual increase at the level of 1200 locations to which audiomarketing services are provided and achievement of a 60% revenue share from subscription services, which are to cover the costs of the current Company’s activities.
On 2-5 June 2011, preparing to the debut, the Company took part in the WSE New Markets Days – NewConnect Forum, Catalyst and Wall Street Conference in Zakopane, which is the most important meeting of individual investors in Poland and, on 13 June 2011, IMS participated in the 37th edition of the IPO Day. During these events, the Company presented its development plans, financial results and forecasts, strategy of operations and current achievements. Moreover, the newest issue of „Akcjonariusz” quarterly magazine, issued by the Association of Individual Investors, will contain an interview with the President of Internet Media Services SA, Michał Kornacki. „Akcjonariusz” is the only publishing house on the Polish press market which is addressed to Polish stock exchange investors and people interested in the capital and financial market.
In the first quarter of 2011, the Company’s revenue increased by 10% YoY and amounted to PLN 5.1 mil., EBITDA increased by 63% and amounted to PLN 1.3 mil. and net profit increased by 141% to PLN 429 thousand.
