Modern marketing solutions for Sensory Marketing and New Media at the Point of Sale involve three service groups:
- Audio marketing – preparation of music formats, production and broadcast of audio advertisements.
- Digital Signage – production and broadcast of advertising messages and visual and informative content on plasma screens
- Aromamarketing - preparation of individual aroma-projects which include a brand's image and specificity of the Point of Sale;

He is a former member of the Executive Council of the Federation of European Stock Exchanges (FESE) and the Working Committee of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE). In the years 1993-1995, he was a member of the Council for Economic Development, advising the President of the Republic of Poland. Since 2002, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Foundation for Capital Markets Education. In 2003, he became a member of the Council of the Lesław A. Paga Foundation. He is also a member of the Committee of Good Practices in the Corporate Governance Forum.
Rozłucki currently serves as the Chairman of the Program Council at the Polish Institute of Directors and Program Council of the Harvard Business Review in Poland. He also heads a consulting firm offering strategic and financial advisory services. He also sits on the boards of the following publicly traded companies: Telekomunikacja Polska S.A., TVN, MCI Management, Wasko, Polimex-Mostostal and Bank BPH. He has been awarded the L'Ordre National du Merite from the government of France (1995) as well as the Commander’s Cross from the Order of the Revival of Poland (2000). Rozłucki is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Department of Foreign Trade. Between 1973-1989, he was a research fellow at the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning at the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). Between 1979-1980, he was a scholar at the British Council at the London School of Economics. He received his doctoral degree in 1977.
Expert in early stage equity financing. Currently head of Private Equity at Opera Asset Management Group, where he oversees ICT (SkyCash – mobile payment system, IMS – digital signage) medical devices (BoneVitae), renewable energy and other investments. Before Michal co-managed Business Angel Seedfund set up together with four private investors which followed two-year-long involvement in set-up and development of Lewiatan Business Angels – currently major BAN in Poland. Michal facilitated 8 deals as BAN manager and more than 20 as investment officer; has been involved in business development of multiple companies, not only as a supervisory or management board member. Used to serve as an economic expert of Lewiatan (Employers Association). As a student founded Conquest Consulting a successful market research company staffed entirely by students. MA in economics, CEMS Master, studied at Warsaw School of Economics and London School of Economics.
He has been connected with Internet Media Services since the company was founded in 2000. In 2000-2001, he served as President of the company and was a member of the Management Board between 2001-2008. He served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer through 2007.
He has held various management positions in companies such as: Tech Cave Ltd. (Management Board member, 2006-2008), PPHU Zorza S.A. (Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, 2003-2005), Artmann Ltd. (Commercial Director and Representative of the Management Board, 1998-2001, Chairman of the Board, 2001-2002).
Between 1998-2006, he served as President of the Association of Individual Investors in Warsaw.
Born in Słomniki (Małopolskie Province) in 1966. Master of Engineering, Department of Land Reclamation at the Agricultural University of Kraków. A graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Management 2008 program for developing managerial skills. A participant in many training courses on management, leadership and strategic marketing.
The founder and long-time President of Artman S.A., a company headquartered in Kraków and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange between 2004-2009, where he was responsible for strategic management decisions, marketing and product development. Co-creator of the House and Mohito clothing brands. Currently, a private entrepreneur and stock market investor.

A graduate of the Faculty of Management and IT at the Wrocław University of Economics. Student of post-graduate courses in Business Management (Warsaw School of Economics) and SME Financial Management (Wrocław University of Economics). Founder and the first president of the Association of Individual Investors (Stowarzyszenie Inwestorów Indywidualnych). Since the year 2000, he has been a scholar and member of an American organization called Ashoka – Innovators for the Public. Domaniak specializes in the subject of investor clubs and finance communication. Since 2000, he has been representing Polish investor organizations in the World Federation of Investors Corp. He is a member of several think tanks and advisory committees appointed by the Mister of Finance and the Minister of State Treasury (among others: Financial Market Development Council [Rada Rozwoju Rynku Finansowego], Council for Privatization of WSE, Public Shareholder’s Council at the Ministry of Treasury), member of the consulting team created to develop the Corporate Supervision Code of the Polish Corporate Governance Forum, member of the jury in the contest for the best stock exchange listed company web site and a member of the committee responsible for selecting the best stock company annual report. Since 2007 - an arbitrator of the Exchange Court. Since 2009 - a board member of the Euroshareholders organization based in Brussels, which reviews e.g. legal acts regarding the capital market for the European Commission. A lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics teaching post-graduate students about investor relations and financial communications and a lecturer of CRS post-graduate studies at the Wrocałw University of Economics. He is also a speaker at numerous trainings and conferences on capital markets and the author of several hundred of comments and articles published in financial journals. A member of supervisory boards of publicly-listed companies, currently a board member of RN DGA SA and a member of the company’s audit committee.

Began his career in 1994 as a sales representative at Masterfoods Poland Ltd. and eventually advanced to the position of Regional Sales Manager. Between 1999 – 2002, he was Director of Sales and Marketing at Fructa Poland Ltd. while simultaneously being a member of the European Management Team at Wasergold Gmbh. In 2002, he became Chairman of the Board of Marspol Serwis Ltd. Since 2005, he has been on the Management Board of IMS and was named President of the Board in 2007. Kornacki is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, with a degree in Coaching.
Graduate of the University of Gdańsk: Faculty for History. He entered his business path in 1992 as a Sales Representative in Masterfoods Polska. He quickly advanced in his career and became Management Board Representative in the area of Sales; 16 years later, he was leaving the company as a National Field Sales Manager. In February 2008 he joined IMS SA as Chief Sales Executive and Management Board Member. Currently, in the position of Executive Vice President, he is in charge of handling sales in the area of Sensory Marketing (Audiomarketing, Aromamarketing, Digital Signage) which also comprises sales of audio and video advertising content geared for shopping malls and Points of Sales.
Between 1996-1998, he worked in the FMCG sector in the sales divisions of Cussons Poland and NOWEX. He then joined the media industry, where he was an Account Executive for Broker FM and Radio Muzyka Fakty. In 1999-2001, he served as Advertising & Promotions Executive at Machina Press Ltd. In 2001, he became Sales Manager for RMB/New Age Media, developing the company’s dominant position in the cinema advertising market in Poland. Since 2003, he has been a member of the Management Board of IMS. Świderski is a graduate of the Leon Koźmiński College of Business and Management, with a degree in Management and Marketing.
In 1985, Dariusz Lichacz began his long flirtation with show business as a DJ and presenter. Between 1996-1998, he served as Program Director for Radio Color and brought the station to the number one slot in the listenership rankings. He cannot survive a day without music and there isn’t a club in Warsaw where he has not DJ-ed. In his free time, he tutors program directors at radio stations and advises them on music programming. His many years of running a television production company and organizing live events gave him a wealth of knowledge in using the latest technologies and electronics. This gave birth to a new passion for creating and utilizing unique tools in audio and video, which, in turn, inspired him to found Internet Media Services. His hobbies include travel, especially to places where he has the opportunity to find a unique record. He is an aficionado of the latest technologies and electronic gadgets. His passion translates directly into the success of the company. Lichacz is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, with a degree in Teaching and Coaching. He also holds a Post-graduate degree in Law and Administration from the University of Warsaw.
Between 2004-2007, Bielawski was an independent analyst at the Warsaw Stock Exchange investing in equities as well as derivative instruments and providing advisory services. In 2007, he became the Financial Director of Mewa S.A. while simultaneously holding the position of Financial Director, and later Managing Director, at Szame Sp. z o.o. He held these positions until 2010. Bielawski is a graduate of the Warsaw University Economics Department. He has completed a year-long training course - MSSF and Polish Accounting Practices - at the Ernst & Young Academy of Business. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Lublin Polytechnic/University of Illinois. Bielawski joined Internet Media Services S.A. in June 2010.

GRANTS FOR INNOVATION – INVESTING IN YOUR FUTURE”
Project no. POIG.04.03.00-00-011/09 titled:
“Implementation of the state-of-the-art videomarketing system Digital Signage Premium in leading shopping malls” is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the auspices of the Innovative Economy 2007-2013 Operational Program, Act 4.3: Technology Loans and the Polish government.
The amount of the grant is equal to 40% of the technology loan, i.e. 30% of the net eligible costs. Grant agreement no. POIG.04.03.00-00-011/09-00
